Our Mission

Our Mission is raising high quality Goats and Chickens in the best environment possible. They have access to Hay 24/7 and 30 acres of bush through out the summer.

We also offer fresh Eggs from our free ranging chickens. Our chickens are out in the pasture as soon as the snow is gone till it is getting to cold for them.

Our goats and chickens are guarded from our LGD Maya as well as from our 2 German Sheppard mix Buddy and Lila.

Our Goats

Kids

We usually breed our Does begin of November to avoid getting into kidding season in very cold weather. That makes it easier on the mamas and the kids.

Bucks

We have Nubian, Kiko and Kiko/Boar cross bucks available to ensure there is the right Buck for each Doe here all the time.

Does

Our Does are careful selected and breed to make sure they have enough Milk and Bodyweight for the kidding season and for raising their kids afterwards.

As soon as the bush is growing they are out there during daytime. They love it.

Did you know?

Goat meat is a healthier alternative to other red meats like beef, lamb, and pork. It is naturally lean, very nutritious and has a range of health benefits. The meat has less fat, less saturated fat, more iron, and about the same amount of protein compared to beef, pork, lamb, or chicken.

Microgreens

Unlock the full potential of your meals with microgreens

Microgreens are the tiny, young plants of vegetables and herbs that pack a powerful punch of nutrition. These miniature versions of mature plants have gained popularity in recent years for their intense flavors and nutrient density. In fact, microgreens have been found to contain up to 40 times more nutrients than their fully grown counterparts.

Not only do microgreens add a burst of flavor to any dish, but they also provide a range of health benefits. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, making them a great addition to any diet. Some of the most commonly grown microgreens include broccoli, kale, arugula, and radish, all of which are known for their high levels of vitamins A, C, and K. Microgreens are also a great source of iron, calcium, and other essential minerals.

Another great thing about microgreens is their versatility. They can be used in a variety of dishes, from salads and sandwiches to soups and smoothies. Microgreens can also be sprinkled on top of a dish as a garnish to add a pop of color and flavor. They can even be eaten raw as a snack or used as a topping for a pizza or omelet.

In addition to their health benefits, microgreens are also environmentally friendly. They require less water and space to grow than full-sized plants, and they can be grown year-round in controlled environments, reducing the need for pesticides and herbicides.

In conclusion, microgreens are a great way to add nutrition and flavor to your meals. They are versatile, and environmentally friendly, making them a great addition to any diet. Start incorporating microgreens into your meals today and experience the full potential of their nutritional power
